Something broken, something confusing, or a photograph that will not cut the way you expected? Write an email to us, and the email will be read by the person who built Snugsaw.
How to reach someone
By email. There is no form on this page on purpose — a page that wanted your details typed into it before it would answer a question would be a strange place to begin.
What to include
Enough to see what you saw. A sentence about what you were doing, what happened, and what you expected instead goes a long way.
- the device and browser you were using
- what you had just done when it went wrong
- a screenshot, if the problem is something you can see
What happens next
Every message is read, and a reply comes back to the address you wrote from, usually within a few days.
Nothing you send is added to a list. It is used to answer you and to fix what you found — and, where we have to, to keep the service secure, to deal with misuse of it, or to meet an obligation the law puts on us. The privacy page says what is kept and for how long.
Two things worth trying first
A puzzle that has stopped responding usually comes back if you close the tab and open it again — your progress is saved on your device, not in the page.
A puzzle that has vanished is almost always a browser that cleared its own storage. Today there is nowhere else to restore it from, so a photograph you would hate to lose is worth keeping somewhere of your own as well.
